One and two-bedroom apartment homes in the Village are a popular option. They have a Washer/Dryer Hookup, cathedral ceilings, a breakfast bar, and a carport included.

Our one and two-bedroom duplexes offer you a spacious and affordable option with a more residential feel. All Cove apartments feature a 3 season room, patio, and attached garage.

Non-Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in The Cove apartments

Size Limit

30 lbs at full-size

Dog Breed Restriction

Due to insurance, we are unable to accept pit bulls, rottweilers, or any mix of these breeds.

Pet Fees

$200 non-refundable initial pet fee per pet.
$20/month pet rent per pet.

Pet Limit

1 dog per home. Two pet maximum.

Pet Restrictions

Pet restrictions include ferrets, boa constrictors, pythons, and any snakes or spiders that contain venom.
